2-Year Daoist Disciple Certification
This five-pillars study guide guides you from foundational practice to embodied transformation and prepares you for advanced training ahead.
Energetics: Regulate and strengthen your internal organs, nervous system, and immune system. Relieve chronic pain and release deep-seated emotions and stress held in the body. You'll learn to sense, move, and direct energy as the basis for all Daoist practice.
Internal Alchemy (Neidan): Begin the classical process of refining Essence into Qi (Liàn Jīng Huà Qì). Quiet the restless mind and restore your connection to spirit. This is where physical practice meets spiritual cultivation.
Personal Mythology: Uncover the cultural patterns, dreams, and stories that shape who you are. Learn to analyze your inner narrative and turn stories or trauma into a source of wisdom.
Emotional Detoxification & Soul Retrieval: Heal from the past, shift your present, and fundamentally alter your future. Recover fragmented energy and restore emotional wholeness. This work clears the path so deeper training can take root.
Speech Practice: Study the power of talking, listening, sounds, incantations, prayer, and curses. Understand how language shapes reality and learn to use it with precision and integrity. Words are tools of creation; this pillar teaches you to wield them consciously.

Daoist Disciple Certification Training
This is a two-year immersion designed for steady, disciplined cultivation. We meet weekly, and every session is recorded so you can revisit the material and integrate it at your own pace. Midway through the training, there is an optional in-person retreat in California to deepen embodiment and community connection, and toward the completion of the program, an advanced travel opportunity to China for those walking the full lineage path. Over time, a strong field of practice forms within the group (egregore) where discipline, shared inquiry, and mutual support quietly strengthen each practitioner’s path.

Daoist Philosophy Foundations
Energetic Anatomy and Physiology · Yin/Yang & 5 Elements · Classical Texts.
Philosophy here is not abstract; it is a practical orientation. You will study foundational Daoist principles as frameworks to interpret your life, your decisions, and your leadership.
You will develop:
- A working understanding of mystical concepts as living dynamics within yourself and your environment.
- Clarity around when to act, when not to act, and how to act without friction.
You will cultivate:
- Strategic patience and timing.
- A deeper relationship with natural cycles instead of forcing outcomes.
